My Name is Anna Forcier...

I’m here to take you on a journey of ups and downs, happiness and heartaches as it relates to health: mind, body, and soul. My goal is to educate, motivate, inspire, and help anyone I can on their own journey.

If you have ever struggled with being overweight, unhealthy, sad, anxious, depressed, unmotivated, uninspired, or have ever had a lack of self-esteem or self-love, then this blog is for you.

My passion is helping people. Nothing in this world makes me happier than when I hear someone say, “Anna, you helped me change my life”. If this blog only helps one person, that’s a win for me, but I truly want to help educate, inspire, and motivate as many people as I can about health.

My Credentials

Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University in Michigan

Certified fitness trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association 

8 years of personal training and group exercise instruction

Avid Yoga and meditation practice

Future Yoga instructor

Survivor of depression, anxiety, sexual assault, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and suicide

I love to travel. My favorite place so far is Denver, Colorado. Its beauty is breath taking, and it’s where I fell in love with paddle boarding

I love being outdoors! Walking, hiking, yoga, boot camp, biking, and being by the water are some of my favorite activities
