Let's begin this journey together
One of my friends at work wanted to do an exercise challenge with me since we do a lot of sitting all day and of course I was all in for that! She found a 30-day legs and abs challenge on Pinterest (there are tons of options on Pinterest) and we have been doing them everyday together. It’s a fun way to get a little bit of exercise in and to connect with each other since we are working from home right now. Here is the challenge that we chose:

It’s really quick and gets your heart rate up a little. We started the second week today and it’s been a lot of fun and it gets me out of my chair for a few minutes! You could also get a group of friends together and do the exercises over FaceTime (or whatever platform you like to use!) if you wanted to. That would be an excellent way to really feel connected while we are trying to stay safe right now. The important thing is to have fun with it!
